    Sales Support Coordinator

    Position Overview:

    This position will provide the candidate an opportunity to work in multiple disciplines during the sales and customer service process. Sales Support Coordinators work side by side with a sales engineer to deliver the foremost solutions to manufacturers. Quoting customers, entering orders, customer maintenance, coordinating with suppliers, and other departments to ensure we are providing the best possible customer experience.

    Primary Duties:

     Act as a communication bridge between the client, sales, and operations team

     Provide support to the Sales Account Executives to assist in the smooth running of the sales cycle

     Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns

     Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and sales orders and ensure that each is completed accurately and timely

     Coordinate with vendors on product availability, lead times, and shipment status

     Support the operations team with organizing, monitoring, and troubleshooting delivery schedules

     Enter and maintain client and vendor data in the system to ensure accurate and detailed record-keeping

     Ensure that all customer service requirements are met or exceeded

    Requirements

     Strong Customer Service Skills

     Have good communication Skills.

     Be team oriented

     Have ability to juggle multiple activities & prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines

     Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

     Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

     Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

     Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

     Have ability to learn the RTH ERP system Netsuite
