OVERVIEW:
As Marketing Coordinator, your role is to support the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
You will work closely with the marketing team, sales teams, and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
Your responsibilities will include creation and management of email marketing campaigns and landing pages, tradeshow and event assistance, coordinating promotional activities, managing marketing materials, assisting with marketing research and maintaining effective communication channels.
The successful candidate will have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute against strict timelines.
This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager - Americas
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Email Marketing
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support business objectives and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver emails that are on-brand, visually compelling, and render well in various devices and browsers.
Create and manage email marketing calendars, ensuring best practices are applied for deployment.Manage subscriber lists and segmentations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Landing Page Creation
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and effective landing pages that:
Adhere to best practices.
Target customer segments with tailored information.
Educate and funnel visitors into conversions.
Optimize visitor experience.
Render well for various devices and top tier browsers.
Event Coordination
Assist in planning and organizing events, such as trade shows and conferences.
Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, venue and service selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and promotional material preparation
Support event execution and provide on-site assistance as required.
Marketing Campaign Support
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, social media, and email marketing.
Collaborate with marketing managers to create campaign timelines, budgets, and objectives.Coordinate logistics and manage timelines for campaign deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Content Creation Support and Management
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to assist with development of engaging marketing collateral, presentations, and website content.
Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Maintain inventory and update sales and partner portals with content, collateral and support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current.
Communication and CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development to ensure alignment of marketing activities.
Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Digital Marketing Platform experience such as HubSpot, Act On, etc.
Adobe experience is preferred.
Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions.
Ability to grasp future trends in marketing and act proactively.
Creative, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multitasking and analytical skills
