- Manage, lead, and mentor a team of SMT technicians and operators to create a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement production plans to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Establish and uphold strict quality control measures to meet industry standards.
- Optimize SMT manufacturing processes for enhanced efficiency and reduced costs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline material flow.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Generate reports and performance metrics for senior management.
- Stay informed about new SMT technologies to improve manufacturing processes.
- Manage inventory control and materials management effectively.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in SMT manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SMT processes and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to quality and safety.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a bonus.
