Paperless Environments is a software company whose mission is to replace paper-based processes and workflows with intelligent, paperless solutions. We have offices in Baton Rouge, LA and Portland, OR.
We are seeking a dedicated and organized team member to support and grow within the Marketing team. In this role, you'll work across diverse marketing campaigns and initiatives ensuring efficient coordination and execution.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute marketing strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
Assist in executing marketing strategy and tactics
Supports and plans meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
Supports communication campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, provide instructions for usage and promotion, and is responsible for campaign performance tracking and analyticsMaintains inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
Assists in conducting research on market trends, customer behavior and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
Assists in development of all project timelines and marketing for marketing activities
Flexibility to support and assume various roles as needed within a small team, always maintaining a partner and customer focus
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role
Experience in a marketing form or advertising agency preferred
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (CRM tools, online analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
Self-motivated and solution-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to working as part of a team to achieve business goals

Median salary for Portland, OR:
$60,000/yr
