    The Human Resources Intern will support and assist the Human Resources department with HRIS system and file updates and day-to-day Human Resources activities supporting the organization.

    Your Work Matters.

    This position requires a high degree of collaboration and organization, as it will assist the HR team to be more efficient in the day-to-day operations. Interactions will include the HR team and may have other interactions at all levels within the organization. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, willing to take on ambiguous work, is self-motivated, comfortable navigating new systems, and is eager to learn about the Human Resources space.

    Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Optimization of the current HR files, systems, and locations
    • Data and system parameter maintenance
    • Assist in recruiting, interviewing and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
    • Support on and off boarding of associates
    • Assist in tracking and maintaining accidents, injury, safety trainings and WC files
    • Support Company sponsored events
    • Support cross functional projects as needed
