Employee (m/f/d) with completed commercial or administrative training for the procurement department

permanent position, part-time (50%). Office location is Ulm.

Your tasks

The focus of the diverse tasks is to assist with the tendering and awarding of construction, supply and service contracts, as well as freelance services. This includes independent processing of amendments, small/consultant contracts, performance descriptions and final calculations. A modern e-procurement system and AVA software are used.
