Starting as soon as possible, full-time or part-time, with 25.00 to 39.00 hours/week, fixed-term for 12 months with the option of permanent employment.

Your responsibilities:

You support employable individuals through targeted care and assistance on their path to vocational training or the first job market.
Through individual oneonone work, you assess the competencies of participants/clients and discuss their career prospects. This includes preparing, conducting, and following up on coaching sessions in a oneonone setting.
You promote social and vocational skills and work together with participants to develop perspectives for their development.
You accompany internships and company trial phases, support the search for a suitable employer, and actively participate in placement processes.
