A bank apprenticeship prepares you for a career with a future and offers diverse tasks.

Bank clerks advise customers on all financial matters, such as investment opportunities, personal and business loans, account management, and payment transactions.

In internal areas, bank clerks handle customer inquiries and manage, plan, and optimize work processes.

At the beginning of your apprenticeship, you will be placed in one of our branches, where you will learn about the processes and have your first contact with our customers.

You will advise on various topics, such as opening accounts, payment transactions, or financing a new car. Additionally, you will support customers with all financial questions regarding money and asset management, insurance, and retirement planning.

During your apprenticeship, you will also get to know other business areas. These include, in particular, real estate financing, our digital customer service, and business customer consulting.

You will also gain comprehensive insights into our internal departments, such as sales management, passive service center, or credit processing.

You will work on projects, where you can take on responsibility and contribute to shaping them early on. For example, you can unleash your creativity in the areas of social media and apprenticeship marketing.

In addition, you will deepen your knowledge through trainings and seminars, preparing you optimally for your final exam.
