- Experience with computer builds/configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and coordinating warranty repairs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, ServiceNow or similar ticket management system.
- Dell and HP certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of start date.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high request volume environment.
- Strong customer service skills with effective written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with asset management including shipping/receiving computers & hardware.
- Oversee hardware and software configurations, device replacements, and collaborate on hardware deployment projects.
- Perform imaging/reimaging, workstation/laptop setup, barcoding, and asset management tasks.
- Engage in project tracking, customer interactions, and ServiceNow updates.
- Troubleshoot and perform break/fix tasks for laptops/desktops; coordinate hardware warranty repair.
- Manage shipping and receiving of hardware.
