    [Express Employment is seeking a Help Desk Tech for a distribution company in Davenport, IA]{#_Hlk }

    Responsibilities of the Help Desk Tech:
    Provide tier 1 support to end users
    Software and hardware upgrades/updates
    Troubleshoot software, hardware and network connection issues
    PC Setup and deployment
    Train new employees in the use of equipment and systems

    Requirements of the Help Desk Tech:
    Knowledge of VPN technology
    Knowledge of Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive
    Windows server, active directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic router and switch functionality and configuration
    Ability to read and comprehend log filed in various formats
    Ability to read and understand C#, Transact-SQL, Python, and PowerShell

    Compensation and Schedule details for the Help Desk Tech:

    Full-Time

    Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
