    About the Role:

    As a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for providing preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance services for condominium complexes and individual owners across southern NH and Northern MA. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including carpentry, drywall, window and door repairs, painting, and minor electrical and plumbing work. A background in residential construction and remodeling is advantageous.

    Day to Day Responsibilities:

    • Perform general maintenance tasks on condominium complexes and individual properties.
    • Conduct carpentry work including deck repair and replacement.
    • Install and replace windows, doors, locks, and drywall.
    • Handle painting, cleaning, snow removal, and minor masonry, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
    • Participate in weekly on-call rotations to address emergencies during evenings and weekends.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license, as well as reliable transportation
    • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Demonstrated skill in residential construction and maintenance tasks.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines and efficiently execute all the tasks assigned
    • Must provide his/her own tools and equipment required for the position
    • Physically able to lift and carry material up to 50 lbs. as needed, as well as climb and work with ladders.

    Pay: $ $28.43 per hour
