Responsibilities:

• Get yourself to the jobsite on time
• Assist carpenters in residential remodeling
• Learn and develop skills required for high end residential work
• Assist with materials management

- keeping job sites clean and orderly

• Assist with framing, including walls, floors, and roofs
• Help restore and renovate existing structures
• Learn to read and understand blueprints and specs to understand project requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in carpentry or related field is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
