The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, supporting the government's real estate policy goals and providing necessary spaces and buildings for almost all federal authorities. As such, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and manage a diverse and extensive real estate portfolio, as well as the ecological use and maintenance of federal natural areas. Our Facility Management department builds, operates, and manages a complex portfolio of exciting and diverse properties - from ministries in Berlin and Bonn, to federal courts and research facilities, to buildings for customs, federal police, military, and the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW). In dialogue with our clients, we are shaping the path towards climate-neutral real estate management.
