    Job Description

    Description: Directs and manages all Human Resource functions in a part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

    • Job Type: Part-Time Position to Start

    Compensation:

    • $20-30 per hour

    Job Duties:

    • Provide staff to division managers as needed
    • Recruit and screen applicants for open positions
    • Conduct interviews and recommend candidates
    • Manage lay-offs and terminations
    • Coordinate training programs and Apprenticeship
    • Oversee Apprenticeship status and communication
    • Ensure compliance with employee documentation
    • Attend relevant meetings

    Requirements:

    • Minimum age of 18
    • Pass pre-hire physical and drug screen
    • Hold a valid Driver's License
    • Follow company policies, OSHA, State, and Federal regulations
    • Mental alertness for accurate work completion
    • Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus
    • Proficiency in computer systems and construction-based software
