- Process timely and accurate payment of property expenses
- Assist in the oversight of property cash flow including required bank account transfers
- Reconcile bank statements
- Responsible for stale-dated check processing
- Process replacement reserve withdrawal requests
- Maintain electronic files
- Process monthly health insurance billing
- Assist business records maintenance
- Process monthly health insurance invoices
- Process property payroll reimbursements
- Assist with payable records management and filing
- A.S. degree in Accounting or a minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.

This is a full-time, in-office position.

Duties
Cambridge Real Estate Services offers competitive wages, incentive bonuses, medical with an annual HSA contribution to employees' accounts of $4,150, dental, vision, and life insurance, long-term disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, floating holidays, company events, 401k plan with a 100% match up to a 10% contribution. (Benefits vary by position and hours worked.)
