The German Pension Insurance of Baden-Württemberg is one of the largest regional carriers of statutory pension insurance with around 3,800 employees.

In addition to our main locations in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart, we also have regional centers in other cities in Baden-Württemberg.

We are currently seeking a Medical Technical Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time for our Medical Examination Center at the Regional Center in Mannheim.

Your responsibilities:

Processing incoming and outgoing documents at the Medical Examination Center
Requesting medical records
Writing medical reports based on dictation
Organizing and managing social medical assessments
Laboratory work including blood collection, processing and sending of blood samples
Conducting ECGs and pulmonary function tests, as well as other simple laboratory tasks

Your qualifications:

Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
Proficient in medical terminology
Skilled in touch typing
Customeroriented and friendly demeanor
Ability to handle stress and good communication skills
Good knowledge of Word and Excel
