At Ocean Gate, we are currently seeking a Software Developer (m/f/x) for Avionics Systems to join our team and support our client in the aerospace industry. This is a full-time position at K-tronik. Sound interesting? We look forward to receiving your application.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop software for highly complex and powerful avionics demonstrators
  • Conduct requirements analysis and software design for the overall system
  • Implement features in C/C++ according to aviation standards
  • Integrate and verify developed software modules and features
  • Participate in configuration and change management, as well as maintain the software development environment
  • Document development work, monitor and report project progress
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Good programming skills in C/C++ and Python
  • Knowledge of bus systems such as CAN, Ethernet, or similar technologies
  • Professional experience in embedded operating systems
  • Knowledge of embedded development, e.g. RTOS, firmware, BSPs
  • Experience with systems engineering tools such as DO
