    Strategy and Transformation Director Digital GTM

    Description - Position Overview:


    The Strategy and Transformation Director for the Digital GTM Organization will play a pivotal role driving our organization to world class outcomes across key HP priorities.

    The right leader will drive topics that include but are not be limited to business model optimization, digital marketing return, pricing optimization, sales effectiveness and site enhancements.


    This role will have overall responsibility for major strategic initiatives both within the organization and aligning with major HP wide initiatives, including GTM 3.0, Digital Transformation, and others.

    This leader will also oversea the end-to-end management of Digital GTM transformation initiatives. Managing annual planning, initiative prioritization, ongoing program management and remediation plans as required.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and communicate a clear and compelling vision for our organization's strategic direction and goals

    Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that align with our vision and create value for our customers and HP

    Foster a culture of innovation, agility and collaboration across the organization


    Transformational Change:
    Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, fostering a mindset of agility and adaptability within the organization.

    Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process optimization across various functions, driving cost-effective solutions.

    Act as a change agent, inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams to embrace transformation and drive meaningful results.

    Foster a culture of innovation, agility and collaboration across the organization


    Project Management and Execution:
    Assume end-to-end ownership of key projects, from conceptualization to implementation and ongoing optimization.


    Lead the development of a roadmap for Store 3.0 and other strategic projects, outlining key milestones, resource requirements, and timelines.

    Lead cross-functional teams and leverage internal and external resources to ensure effective and efficient implementation of strategic initiatives

    Monitor and report on the progress and impact of strategic initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization

    Support the change management and communication efforts related to strategic initiatives and transformation

    Establish clear project objectives, success criteria, and KPIs, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.


    Technical Capabilities:
    Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to eCommerce, identifying opportunities to enhance our technical capabilities.

    Drive alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities, ensuring that technology serves as an enabler for strategic initiatives.

    Drive the integration of AI, machine learning, and automation into eCommerce operations to drive efficiency and scalability.


    Performance Measurement and Reporting:
    Establish robust metrics and dashboards to track the performance of eCommerce initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

    Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for further optimization.

    Communicate insights and recommendations derived from data analysis to inform future strategic planning and decision-making.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

    Senior experience in top tier Strategy Consulting firm strongly desired

    Experience deploying highly analytical efforts including AI/ML, Site Personalization, Investment Optimization

    Demonstrated history recruiting and developing high performing teams

    Proven track record of leadership in eCommerce strategy, transformation, and project management within a fast-paced, consumer-facing organization.

    Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including marketing strategies, pricing optimization, call center management, and CRM systems.

    Demonstrated experience driving technical innovation and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to achieve business objectives.

    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.


    Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering measurable business impact.
