- Supervises and provides guidance to the following departments: Library, Learning Center/Learning Support, Academic Advising/Articulation, Dual Studies, Early College, Middle College, Distance Education, TN eCampus, and the Center for Teaching Arts and Technology.
- Oversight of Curriculum maps.
- Direct all activities and processing for Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) and advising of students seeking credit for work experience or non-accredited college experiences.
- Responsible for NC Sara compliance, reporting and membership, including annual updates to the Professional Licensure Directory.
- Commencement Committee - serve as the chairperson for the Commencement committee to include all communication to graduates and internal stakeholders.
- Convocation/Professional Development and Adjunct Faculty workshop - schedule, plan and promote the events to faculty and staff.
- Assist with College Catalog.
- Serves on department or college-wide committees as assigned: Academic and Curriculum Council, Commencement, TAF Budget Committee, Accessibility, ATD Core Team, General Education, Strategic Planning.
