We are the independent subsidiary of an internationally operating trading company for packaging with a focus on "fruits and vegetables".

NNZ is an international company that has been family-owned since 1922. The company creates packaging solutions for customers in the fresh produce and industrial sectors.

For immediate entry, we are looking for a full-time Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) for our West branch in Wesel.


Your responsibilities:
Support and information gathering for the sales field team
Order acceptance, processing, and handling of customer inquiries and orders
Management of certification and auditing of our QS system (BRC)
Telephone and written support and consultation for customers
Preparation of quotes, order confirmations, and delivery notes
Demand planning
Initiation of orders to central purchasing, as well as directly to suppliers for designated product ranges
Handling of design requests for printed items in collaboration with customers and graphic agencies of food retailers
Maintenance and monitoring of customer-specific inventory overviews
Processing of complaints

You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new requirements and are open to new tasks
You have the necessary willingness to learn about our comprehensive product range
You have a quick grasp and a service- and team-oriented attitude
Structured, goal-oriented, and independent way of working
You have good communication and organizational skills
