Your tasks:

As a trainee (m/f/d) in the field of business development and project management, you will get to know the cross-location work of the Project Management Office (PMO) and business field development.

You will learn how to set up, control and optimize projects according to standardized procedures, and expand our service portfolio based on lessons learned.

At the beginning, you will familiarize yourself with all aspects of the job and work as a right hand to the team, gradually taking on more responsibility for your tasks.

The trainee program is tailored to your experience - it can last for six, nine or twelve months. Upon completion of the program, you will be a trained team member at Atlas Titan in the PMO department.

Support in project setup: accompanying initial discussions with customers and potential partners
Collaboration in key account management in the energy sector and support in international tenders
Assistance in active project management to support the operational business of the location companies
Participation in the further development of the service portfolio in collaboration with the regional companies and their departments in sales and personnel (preparation of market analyses and case studies, partly in cooperation with our customers)
Accompaniment of strategy workshops and support (organization and moderation) of professional exchange within the company group

Your profile:

Completed degree required, preferably in business administration, economics or sales
First professional experience desirable
