Logistics Manager Germany (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • As the Logistics Manager Germany at XXXLutz Group, you will lead our operational units and supply chain from suppliers to our furniture stores, central warehouse locations, or ecommerce logistics centers, all the way to our end customers. You will either have overall responsibility or be responsible for specific areas. Based on your previous experience, you may, for example, take on the management of our central warehouse logistics.
  • In your area of responsibility, you will develop concepts with the goal of reducing delivery times, increasing availability, reducing process costs, or improving service levels.
  • You will independently identify your priorities and together we will define your focus.
Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience with relevant personnel responsibility in retail or logistics.
  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on logistics or business.
  • You have expertise in at least one of the following areas: process control and development in intralogistics, control and development of concepts in procurement logistics, management of an operational logistics unit or logistics location.
  • You have good market knowledge in logistics and can demonstrate corresponding successes.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and independence, strong communication skills, and reliability are your strengths. People enjoy working with you.
  • Your expectations for your own performance and that of your area of responsibility exceed the expectations of your customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, completing your profile
