Architect / Civil Engineer (m/f/d), Construction Planning and Building Maintenance The district of Stade (approx. inhabitants) is located in the north of Lower Saxony in direct proximity to the Hanseatic city of Hamburg and is part of the Hamburg metropolitan region; the district administration is located in the Hanseatic city of Stade.

The district of Stade is looking for an Architect / Civil Engineer (m/f/d) in the Building Management Office to fill a position.


Your area of responsibility:
Plan and carry out new, conversion and extension buildings as well as take on project management, with a focus on fire protection renovation and energy renovation: Create solution options including cost estimates and decision proposals for superiors or political committees Develop detailed plans Create tender documents with performance descriptions and performance specifications as well as check and evaluate offers Lead construction meetings, carry out construction control and coordinate all trades involved in construction Settle construction services, including technical inspection of invoices Carry out construction acceptance Plan, carry out and control complex new, conversion and extension buildings through commissioned architects (m/f/d), including participation in the tendering of architect, specialist engineer and planner services Take on building maintenance of existing buildings, including carrying out and complying with operator obligations and maintenance work as well as remedying defects through commissioning of specialist companies Your profile: You meet our requirements if you
