Description

We are looking for an experienced application administrator to lead medium-sized projects for the implementation of applications in the field of mechanical engineering and manufacturing. You will be the technical point of contact for large projects in the Engineering & Manufacturing Apps area and will be responsible for the installation, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLM/MES/ALM applications hosted on various operating systems.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading medium-sized projects for the implementation of applications for international mechanical engineering and manufacturing
  • Technical point of contact for large projects in the Engineering & Manufacturing Apps area
  • Installation, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLM/MES/ALM applications hosted on various operating systems
  • Providing support for various legacy applications
  • Performing hardening, security scans, log management, patching, and backup of applications according to change request process
  • Managing daily operations according to the incident management process
  • Mentoring junior application administrators and recommending design changes to improve operability

Your profile

  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: PDM/MES applications, Teamcenter, SVN, Enovia, Solumina
  • Familiar with the basics of scripting languages for automation tasks and deployments
