Description
The Wound Product Marketing Manager works cross-functionally with the R&D, Sales, Medical Affairs, and events team to plan launches and support ongoing sales of the MariGen Product lines.
The Manager analyzes product differentiation, competitors, and market data to create growth objectives and communicates with key stakeholders. The manager provides solutions for marketing activities to ensure that both internal and external customer needs are met.The Wound Product Marketing Manager is part of the marketing team and is based out of the Arlington, Virginia office.
They will report to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing and Products. This is a full-time position.Essential Functions
Executive Reporting
Report key performance metrics of marketing activities and campaign, including tradeshows, educational events, online activities, lead creation and conversion
Act as main point of contact within Kerecis Marketing & Products for the MariGen product line
Function within budgetary constraints
Marketing, Sales and Customer Engagement
Own product, promotion, price and place strategy
Maintain and create marketing material to support product line sales following brand standards and guidelines
Work with teams in Medical Affairs and Customer Operations to gather customer feedback and work with assigned KOLs
Work with executive management in Marketing & Products and colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs and Manufacturing on customer segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies to grow the product portfolio
Create, update and maintain product value proposition from clinical and financial standpoints
Support lead creation through tradeshows and other promotional vehicles and effectively capture and track leads through the CRM system
Assist with other segments (Surgical and Burn) and projects as necessary
R&D and Regulatory
Monitor industry and regulatory trends
Participate in industry conferences and associations
Track and contribute to ongoing development, IP and registration for new products
Provide market intelligence and feedback to R&D
Help with pipeline/roadmap discussion and provide input and market-driven direction
Other duties as assigned.
Travel: 15-25%
