    Lightyear is seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis in our Raleigh, NC location. The Junior Marketing Associate will work with a group of seasoned sales and marketing professionals. Our Marketing team is responsible for engaging and educating customers about our client's services and products through individualized interactive marketing campaigns.

    As a Junior Marketing Associate you will be hands on with various marketing campaigns, interacting with our clients from a variety of industries – from technology to retail, corporate offices to fitness. Our marketing team provides immersive product launch experiences that generate buzz and let customers interact with new products and services.

    Junior Marketing Associate Qualifications:

    · Relevant field of study

    · Excellent interpersonal skills via written and verbal communication channels

    · High level of motivation, drive, initiative, commitment, and professionalism

    · Self-starter with the ability to multitask efficiently

    · Ability to quickly identify and parse top-priority tasks

    · Attention to detail

    · Discipline to maintain high volume work

    · Competitive and focused on achieving goals

    Junior Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

    · Generate new sales in prospective accounts

    · Demonstrate a proficient working knowledge business operation processes

    · Communicate in a one on one based sales environment with potential customers

    · Provide daily accurate forecasts to the sales team and executive management
