- Develop process flows, process narratives, standard operating procedures, risk assessments, and internal control test plans.
- Develop business process: documentation, review tools, templates, and monitoring processes.
- Perform quality control reviews of business process documentation and provide guidance and feedback to address weaknesses and gaps.
- Review of documentation to identify Internal Use Software (IUS).
- Document, monitor, and maintain IUS populations.
- Validate expenditures to verify GAAP compliance in the valuation of IUS projects.
- Reconcile IUS expenditures to multiple relevant IT systems.
- Provide guidance and assistance in the development and sustainment of Key Support Documents (KSD) for IUS assets.
- Demonstrate specialized experience with the development and implementation of auditable cost accumulation policy frameworks.
- Demonstrate specialized experience with the development of GAAP-compliant PP&E valuation methodologies.
- Demonstrate specialized experience executing audit assertion processes to achieve an unmodified audit opinion.
- TS/SCI clearance
- At least 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated specialized experience in the area of the Federal Information System Control Audit Manual (FISCAM)
- Demonstrated specialized DoD/IC Audit or Audit Readiness experience
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
