    Description

    Executive Production Manager:


    •Required: Project Manager bachelor's degree in construction science


    •Required: 3 years experience as project manager (specializing in commercial high tower or equivalent preferred)


    •Required: 2 years experience in business management position


    •Material procurement/acquisitions, cost negotiations, and management of delivery/receipt.


    •Crew procurement/acquisitions, fee negotiation, and management


    •Maintenance of Crew rules, procedures, expectations


    •Expediting jobs when ordered


    •Maintaining Training/Discipline Standards/Testing


    •Timeliness of job completion / turnaround times


    •Helping to Maintain job profitability/cost controls including waste mgt processes


    •Data collection and analysis of daily weekly monthly annual workloads tasks responsibilities goals of themselves and subordinates.


    •Helping Hiring/Firing of subordinates


    •Help in other areas of business when needed


    •Helping to notice and manage overall workflow of company including basics of other areas of the company, but especially subordinates.


    •Helping with contact breach files / problem homeowners


    •Helping with IT needs if requested


    •Helping to maintain proper file maintenance.


    •Ensuring reviews get responded to timely by office manager


    •Coordinate/collect assigned checks


    •All other duties assigned

    Full-time, Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00

    Must live within or be willing to relocate to being within 1hr drive from office near Fishers, IN (ideally within 30mins or better)

    Pay Types:

    base pay: $70,000 to $90,000 based off of experience starting pay

    Performance-based Bonus ($5,000 - $30,000 additional annually)
