Ensure a positive candidate experience by fostering proactive communication, implementing a well-structured recruitment process and offering comprehensive information to the candidates reflecting the organization's values and culture.

Conduct thorough intake sessions with hiring managers to gain deep insights into their hiring needs.
Create and execute interview processes. This includes providing guidance in interview questions, interview evaluations, interview schedules and facilitating the selection of finalists.
Strategize and collaborate with DAR leadership to understand current and future hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
Provide high level of support to hiring managers and ensure the right candidates are identified for each role.

Utilize various channels and resources to identify and source qualified candidates for leadership-level positions, including passive candidates from relevant industries, professional networks, databases, and job boards.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey.

Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging leadership competencies in higher education and development to inform and guide recruitment strategies effectively.

Collaborate and partner across the talent acquisition team in Central JHU and TMHR and the entire DAR TMHR team.
Ensure adherence to all applicable recruitment laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the recruitment process.
