Hiring Plant Manager - Make a Positive Impact on People, Culture and Implement Operational ImprovementsWe are recruiting for a Plant Manager in south central Kentucky. This is a crucial role that will make an immediate impact by instilling a
positive work culture for about 100 people.
You will manage the operating budget, lead production, safety, quality, inventory and other operational responsibilities. This plant produces
high quality products
and is looking for a manufacturing leader who is also a good people person to run this facility.
This is a strategic role for the business yet also ideal for an operations leader who still likes being on the shop floor and mentoring.

Background & Experience
Bachelors Degree preferred. Engineering or Technical Field is ideal.
Proven operations management or production management experience is required.
Experience in plastics manufacturing processes
