- Key interface with Marketing and Sales with regards to new inquires and existing business.
- Manages assessment of RFPs, coordinating evaluations of technical experts and cost modelling, and working with M&S to create compelling customer proposals
- Support platform managers in portfolio management and optimization to meet site strategy and objectives
- Establish, maintain, and improve project management systems in accordance with group policies
- Execution of projects through the project management teams. Ensure the customer view is represented while prioritizing internal resources, controlling costs, managing risks, and escalating as appropriate
- Ensure skills, capabilities, and behaviors of project management team are aligned to deliver project portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and coaching to improve performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
- Responsible for developing the budgets for the Project Management organization and ensuring expenses are within the budgets.
- Doctoral degree (PhD) or equivalent in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field with 10 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated success in Project Management Leadership.
