    About the Role:
    As a CBRE Program Sr.

    Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating medium to large, complex, cross-functional global real estate projects and programs and the associated team.

    The purpose of this position is to bring excellence and globally recognized project controls innovation.

    The role will identify strategic initiatives, review with client functions, develop initiative briefs, oversight of the initiative development and roll out.

    This is a hybrid position.

    The Sr Program Manager - Project Controls will be required to work onsite at our Global Technology Client's office at one of the advertised locations.


    What Youll Do:

    • Assist in the development, configuration and maintenance including on-going performance improvements to CBREs Project Management Information system.
    • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
    • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
    • Oversee large cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.
    • Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get escalated and resolved so that the program gets completed on time.
    • Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs.
    • Work with key stakeholders to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery.
    • Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
    • Apply advanced knowledge to contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
    • Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.
    • Supports Project teams with reports, pipeline and business metrics to identify trends.
    • Prepares correspondence, reports and presentation materials for management review.
    • Provides integrated reporting information to internal stakeholders and clients as required.
    • Ensures provision of program control and quality management functions support account projects.
    • Coordinates tracking and reporting of key performance indicators for business unit including financial and other approved scorecard measures.
    • Oversees monitoring and evaluation of project delivery through client input; identifies service delivery issues; works to resolve.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    What Youll Need:

    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
    • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
    • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
    • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
    • Ability to convert large amounts of data into visual representations of project performance.
    • Advanced skills with Google Suite. Master knowledge in sheets and its interface with other platforms.
    • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
    • Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

The minimum salary for the Sr Program Manager - Project Controls position is $117,810 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Program Manager - Project Controls position is $159,390 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.

    This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
    *Washington State Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Program Manager - Project Controls position is $117,810 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Program Manager - Project Controls position is $159,390 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.

    This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
    *Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Program Manager - Project Controls position is $107,525 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Program Manager - Project Controls position is $145,475 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.

    This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
