FUNCTION: Generate sales to contribute to the branch's overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit.
WHAT IS THE BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB?
WHAT ARE THE TRAITS AND CHARACTERISTICS THAT ARE CRITICAL FOR SUCCESS?
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. The individual must be able to supervise and maintain positive relationships with clients, externally and internally.
Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities Duties:
· Develop new client sales.
· Net 4 new clients per month.
· Develop leads for the pipeline.
· Funnel of 200 prospects at a time.
· Qualify leads, identify potential targets.
· outside sales calls per week.
· inside sales calls per week.
· Develop Sales Plans for each marketing opportunity.
· Standard plans set up and customized for each visit.
· Develop relationships with all levels of buyers at target companies.
· Visits lead to a next step in the marketing process.
· 4 - 6 appointment visits per week.
· Visits conducted include: client profile, action plan development, assignment details, service team intro, tour of our facilities, performance review and planning. You will learn this in your initial training.
· Develop business contacts through networking in business oriented or community programs.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SKILLS:
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively respond to questions or complaints from managers, clients, employees and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
• Basic math skills, including: addition, subtraction, division and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY:
• Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment and discretion according to company policies and to ensure profitability.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels within the organization.
• Ability to work well under pressure and strong organizational ability.
Pay range: $45,000 - $50,000 (depending on experience) + Quarterly Bonuses; Uncapped Earning Potential
