- Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Provide interior and exterior cleaning services for vacant homes.

- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete technician's daily log.
- Complete Work Orders.
- Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
- Follow Rainbow uniform policy.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
- Determine the sequence of steps to be taken when delivering the company's services at the customer's
