    Senior Electrical Engineer

    As a Senior Electrical Engineer for our client, a fast-growing leader in their market, you'll be part of a team focused on sustaining and refining electrical systems and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). Your role will involve practical, hands-on work in the design and testing of both analog and digital circuits, including Microcontroller Units (MCUs), sensors, and power systems.

    You will have the opportunity to lead specific projects and collaborate closely with other engineers, sharing your knowledge and contributing to the team's collective growth.

    Testing and experimentation will be integral to your role, providing opportunities to apply your skills in a tangible, impactful way.     Your Qualifications:

    Educational Background:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.
    • A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering is considered an additional advantage.

    Professional Experience:

    • A minimum of 7 years of direct, relevant professional experience in the field of electrical engineering.

    Technical Skills and Knowledge:

    • Expertise in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design, including schematic design, board layout, prototyping, testing, and integration.
    • Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, particularly around Microcontroller Units (MCUs), sensors, solenoids, and motors.
    • Experience with AC and DC circuit design, covering mains power to equipment, on-board power supplies, and switching mechanisms.
    • Familiarity with electronic cables/harnesses and electrical assemblies.
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, C#, or Python is a plus.
    • Ability to rapidly prototype using development boards (e.g., Raspberry Pi) is preferred.
    • Experience with SolidWorks or similar software is beneficial.
    • Background in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
