- Prepare the monthly financial reporting decks showing how the business is performing against comparatives (plan, last year, forecast).
- Analyze the performance of specific businesses vs. goals and plans.
- Assist with the loading of periodic business plans.
- Responsible for all aspects of SG&A budgeting and expense control for the segment communication, plan development, reviews, reporting
- Create/Develop presentations for management.
- Assist more senior leaders on finance team with variance analysis, reporting, loading of plan data
- Partner with specific division business leaders to provide financial support for decision making.
- Assist division general managers with plan and forecast development and performance analysis.
- Analyze product and customer cost and profitability.
- Assist marketing teams with pricing decisions and estimate profitability for new products.
- Analyze manufacturing variances for specific divisions and report out to marketing team
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Support process improvement planning and implementation.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated analytical curiosity
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Prior experience in FP&A role preferred
- Basic financial analysis techniques required.
