For our client, an established service center with numerous awards, we are looking for several customer service representatives (m/f/d) for the mobile phone sector - inbound, full-time and part-time possible in Kenefic, OK.


Your tasks:


  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and in writing
  • Friendly and goaloriented communication with customers
  • Independent problem analysis and troubleshooting
  • Assistance with contract changes
  • Processing complaints and managing customer feedback
  • Support for private and business customers

Your profile:


  • Serviceoriented and communicative personality
  • Proficient in common PC applications
  • Excellent knowledge of both German and Arabic
  • Performance and goaloriented work style
