How you can contribute:
As a student assistant (m/f/d) in facility management, you are an important part of the Logwin team:

Support our facility managers in managing a real estate portfolio of approximately 30 locations (logistics and office properties)
Support the operational branches in the ongoing management of logistics properties (owned and leased properties)
Actively maintain contacts with relevant players in the real estate market, including brokers
Preparation and support of our facility managers in the administration and negotiation of commercial lease agreements and other service contracts
Preparation and ongoing support of the tender for energy requirements (electricity and gas) at our German locations
