    Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative:
    Do you enjoy assisting others and have excellent people skills? U-Haul is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with equipment inspections, and leveraging cutting-edge technology for equipment dispatch and returns. Here's what you can expect:

    • Immediate start with same-day pay
    • $100 hiring bonus and $300 cash bonus upon completing U-Haul Equipment Inspection

    Shift Availability:
    Opening Shifts: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
    Closing Shifts: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
    - Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
    - Manage rentals and inventory using specialized technology
    - Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment
    - Provide customer education and support
    - Perform various tasks including installing hitches and filling propane


    Minimum Qualifications:
    - Valid driver's license with a good driving record
    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Mechanical aptitude is a plus


    Work Environment and Physical Demands:
    - Involves moderate risks and physical exertion
    - May require the use of protective gear
    - Ability to handle equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
