We are currently seeking a full-time ASSISTANT TO THE CLINIC REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/D) to join our team at our North Amityville location.

This position is permanent and your main responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the management in the conceptual development and coordination of strategic, procedural, and operational topics
  • Leading and assisting in projects initiated or managed by the management
  • Gathering and preparing decisionmaking materials, including timely information from various departments
  • Attending and documenting internal meetings and committees
  • Analyzing and presenting information, data, and key figures, identifying issues and developing solutions
  • Organizing, coordinating, and assisting in meetings, workshops, presentations, and events.
