    Description

    Our client, a prestigious and expanding Private Equity firm based in New York, is seeking an Audit Analyst to join their dynamic and driven audit team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an individual in the early stages of their Audit career aiming to transition into the Private Equity sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting the global audit compliance for each fund
    • Solving audit-related issues through data analysis
    • Collaborating with Big-4 partners on the preparation and review of audit reports
    • Performing reconciliations for various entities
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory audit requirements
    • Serving as a key point of contact for external stakeholders
    • Assisting in documenting process management
    • Contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed

    Qualifications

    • University degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or Law
    • 1-2 years of experience in an Audit role

    Skills and Desirables

    • Proficient in Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Ability to take ownership and manage processes independently
    • Capable of working effectively and efficiently under pressure
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated
