- Supervises enclaves and other Job Options employees. Ensures all tasks are completed in accordance with the requirements of the contract, maintaining quality control for all tasks performed.
- Reviews, completes and maintains accuracy and quality of paperwork.
- Responsible for safe keeping of all required keys. Ensures proper maintenance and service of equipment/ machinery including preventative maintenance.
- Maintains control of supplies to ensure accessibility of necessary items.
- Maintains complete and open communication with Project/ Division
- Manager of any behavior or incidents that could be detrimental to the relationship between Job Options and the customer or project goals.
- Distributes Safety Equipment and maintains safety standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Must be available weekends and holidays due to facilities are open 365/ days a year and open 24 hours a day.

Job Summary: Employee performs experienced Janitorial Services and manual work necessary to maintain facilities at various locations. Work is accomplished within established procedures for San Ysidro Border under the facilities contract. Assists management staff with supervisory tasks assigned. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one of the three months related education and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience Required: To perform this job successfully, and individual must have two (2) years of work related experience to be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed herein are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Skills Required: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to effectively speak, read, write and present information in English and in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employee of the organization. Ability to use Microsoft office, word, excel.
Supervisory: Two (2) Years of experience directly supervises 10-15 employees. In this role it will require to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, directing work and completing annual evaluations.
