Description

Residential Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Human Resources Coordinator at our Virginia, MN office.

The Human Resources Coordinator position will implement human resources programs, including recruitment and selection, new-hire onboarding, employee training, scheduling, timekeeping, and other assigned programs.

This position will provide administrative support to the Virginia office and NSLC region.

Salary:
$ per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the hiring process to include screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating program previews, communicating with candidates, writing offer letters, and completing background, reference, and MVR checks.
Assist with the recruitment process, including creating and maintaining job postings and advertisements, attending hiring events, and communicating recruitment needs to the Communications and Marketing Specialist.
Conduct new hire onboarding and set up new employee accounts and training.
Work with program supervisors to ensure employee timecards are accurate and submitted timely.
Review and reconcile employee timecards to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure the correct application of pay codes and stipends.

Coordinate the cross-training, transfer, and promotion process.

Provide training and feedback to program supervisors on scheduling and timekeeping procedures and systems.
Maintain confidential files and personnel actions.
Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
Update HRIS database records and process paperwork for new hires, transfers, promotions, and other status changes.
Compile reports from the database as needed. Assist the department in carrying out various human resources projects and procedures as assigned. Provide administrative and operational support to the regional office
