Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to chamber leadership and committees, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Maintain accurate member databases, records, and files.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Member Services and Support:
Act as a resource for members, offering guidance, resources, and support to help them maximize their chamber membership benefits.
Coordinate member onboarding processes and orientations.
Collect feedback from members and use it to enhance member services and experiences.
4.
Networking and Relationship Building:
Facilitate networking opportunities for members through events, forums, and business exchanges.
Foster relationships between members, encouraging collaboration and partnerships within the business community.
Attend chamber events and represent the organization professionally.
Qualifications:
Minimum requirement of a high school diploma, college degree preferred.
Experience in event planning, member engagement, or customer relations preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for supporting and serving members.
