    Unlock Your Potential: Are you a master of organization with a knack for seamless office operations? We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator at Capital Office. In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our office, working closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure smooth operations across sales, accounting, and operations departments. As the first point of contact for both Capital Office and our clients, professionalism, positivity, and proactive customer service are paramount.

    Salary Range: $22-$26.00 DOE

    A Typical Day:

    A typical day as an Office Coordinator at Capital Office begins with warmly greeting customers, visitors, and callers, effectively managing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate channels. Throughout the day, you'll expertly handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence, ensuring professional communication at all times. You'll play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating various events and meetings, from conferences to teleconferences, for our sales team and staff members. Additionally, you'll meticulously manage appointments and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics for both customers and our operations team. Alongside these tasks, you'll maintain the presentation of our facility, manage our sales and design library, assist with accounting tasks, and provide invaluable administrative support to our COO, all while exemplifying professionalism, positivity, and initiative-taking customer service attitude.

    Qualifications:

    • School diploma or GED.
    • years of demonstrated professional experience in an administrative position requiring problem-solving and research skills.
