From personal contact for questions about the program, to visitor services for ZDF shows and ZDF tours, we make the world of ZDF tangible for our viewers in all its diversity.

To support our Audience Service department at our location in Mainz, we are looking for:


Student Assistants (m/f/d)
**Your tasks: - You answer written and telephone inquiries from viewers

  • You take external calls for the Mainz and Berlin locations
  • You monitor social media channels
  • You review written inquiries and prepare them for our daily reporting
  • You are willing to work on weekends and in the evenings.
**Your profile: - You have good knowledge of MS Office

  • You have knowledge of the German television market, especially the program offerings of ZDF
  • You have a good general education, good spelling and grammar skills, and can independently write tailored responses
  • You can communicate in a targeted and friendly manner
  • You are reliable, work independently and as part of a team
  • You are stressresistant and flexible
  • And you enjoy supporting our viewers and users in using our services through your responses
