    The Law Firm of Aloia Roland is looking for a full-time Accounting/Finance Manager to join their team at the Fort Myers, FL Headquarters.

    Reporting directly to the Firm's Director of Administration, the ideal candidate will have:

    • Minimum three years of experience managing finances for small to medium-sized businesses, including:
      • Accounts payables and receivables
      • General Ledger supervision
      • Generating financial reports
      • Overseeing Payroll
      • A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
      • Dedication and the ability to thrive in a dynamic workplace
    • Preferred qualifications:
      • Master's degree in finance or accounting
      • CPA certification
      • Finance background in professional services firms (law, medical, dental, accounting)
