- Assist with project and capital management including new business and business transformation
- Project support including business case development and ROI
- Profitability analysis and improvement; capital planning management; management reporting; variance and trend analysis
- Ad hoc reporting
- Identify key metrics to drive performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

- Work closely with key personnel across the organization to understand and interpret financial performance
- Partner with Region Finance, Operations management, Division finance, Financial Shared Services, Real Estate and internal auditors
- Partnering and positively driving financial performance through operational teams
- Business Planning
- Problem Solving and special projects
- Financial Management of organizations with location in multi-state geographies
- Internal control policy, including compliance testing
- Well-organized and proactive
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue and/or reduce costs
- Operational finance training
- Minimum 5+ years of experience required
- Heavy modelling with excel and/or Hyperion Planning experience
- Experience in US GAAP accounting
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills
- Working knowledge with Oracle BI, Hyperion Planning/HFM highly desirable
- Strong verbal/communication skills
- Travel required
