- Coordinate with servers and expediters to ensure that food is plated and delivered to guests promptly.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly and ensure they are properly maintained.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs.
