- Oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting aligned with franchise requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with franchisees on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive individual franchise profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for both internal management and the franchisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong understanding of franchise accounting principles.
- CPA designation is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with franchisees and company leadership.
- Experience in the lawn care industry or a similar service-oriented field is highly beneficial.
